POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a Porsche driver died on the A4130 Henley Road, between the Black Boy public house and Remenham Hill.

At about 6.45pm on Friday, a black Porsche 911 was travelling along the road in the direction of Henley. The car left the carriageway and went down an embankment at the side of the road.

The driver, a man in his early thirties, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The road was closed for almost six hours to allow collision investigators to fully investigate the incident.
