THE latest offering from the Story Museum in Pembroke Street is shifting the emphasis away from the verbal, and into the visual.

The Draw Me a Story exhibition takes visitors on a hands-on journey through the illustration process and features the original artwork, prints and sketchbooks of Quentin Blake, Emily Gravett, Korky Paul, Mini Grey, Nick Sharratt and Yasmeen Ismail.

Artwork will be further brought to life thanks a special studio set up alongside the main exhibition hall. One of the six will be working in the studio at various points throughout the exhibit and can answer questions.

It opens on Tuesday. Visit storymuseum.org.uk
