A WOMAN in her thirties was taken to hospital with serious injuries this morning after being assaulted at a house in Headington.
Police said the woman was attacked inside the house in Warren Crescent just before 8.30am, then got outside before officers arrived.
Her injuries were not thought to be life-threatening but she is still in hospital.
A 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and possession with intent to supply a Class A drug, and is in police custody.
