TEDDY Bears across the county gathered for a fluffy slumber party full of fun and mischief while away from their owners.
Young visitors to The Story Museum in Pembroke Street, Oxford, were invited to drop off their cuddly companions to spend the night at the museums’s Ready, Teddy, Go! Christmas event.
Museum marketing manager Alex Coke said: “The event went really well, we had around 13 teddy bears attend.
“When the owners came back they were really happy, all the children loved the idea that their teddies had got up to lots of stuff whilst they were out of the room.”

Owners returned to the museum to find that their furry friends had been decorating Christmas trees and raiding the fridge during the night before taking a peek at the museum’s exhibition 26 Characters.
Teddy bears were dropped off on Saturday and collected the next day by their owners who explored all the fun their teddies had been up to.
