A 23-year-old has been rebailed after an alleged assault in Witney in which a man had part of his ear bitten off.
The man from Oxford was arrested in connection with a fight at Norton’s Cafe Bar, in Langdale Court, on Saturday, September 13. He was initially bailed until Sunday but this has been extended until Friday, November 28.
