Children are being invited to help an Oxford children’s author write her new novel.
Cas Lester is hosting The Story Adventure online writing forum with publisher Hot Key Books, where children can offer ideas for her third book Harvey Drew and the Junk Skunks.
It will last for 10 weeks and youngsters whose ideas are used will be credited in the book.
To launch the project, she held a free workshop at The Story Museum, Pembroke Street, on Monday.
Ms Lester, a former head of CBBC drama development, has previously written Harvey Drew and the Bin Men from Outer Space and Harvey Drew and the Bling Bots, with the latter being released next month.
