Sir – All the buses are using Kennington as a rat run, all the double deckers are going down St Swithins Road taking the trees with them, the Wantage bus, the bus to the John Radcliffe Hospital, the X3 are all coming through the village. As they are not stopping, they are racing through this village about every five minutes.
Spare a thought for the people who live here. Our windows are vibrating with all the speed and noise.
If we are to have this misery please be kind enough to slow down and take a thought for the residents here.
