SINCE last Tuesday morning, air pollution has been a problem here in Oxfordshire.
Remarkably, that afternoon the Conservative contingent on Oxfordshire County Council tried to vote down a motion to address the issue of poor air quality in the county.
Fortunately they failed because the ‘Independents’ who have been propping up the administration voted with the Labour, Liberal Democrat, Green and the genuine Independent councillors.
David Cameron is of course the MP for quite a few of the councillors who tried to scupper this motion.
