FOLLOWING my father’s recent death it was decided that various items should go to charity. Sobell House was included in this as a way of thanking the staff at the Churchill Hospital for their undoubted care and support at a difficult time.
Staff at Sobell House's warehouse were not at helpful as expected
I did not expect staff at Sobell Witney warehouse to be disinterested apart from opening up a bag to check it was not rubbish. No help was provided unloading the bags and not even a thank you offered.
Perhaps the moral of this story is, only donate to charities who at least have the manners to be grateful.
