Reader says thanks for donations
ON behalf of Abingdon Lions I would like to thank the very generous people of Abingdon who donated the magnificent sum of £3,351.43p to our Father Christmas sleigh collection around the streets of the town.
The following will benefit from monies raised:- Alzheimer’s, Save the Children, Radley Guides, Abingdon Town Youth FC, St Edmund’s Youth FC, Abingdon Sea Cadets, Thames District Guides, Thomas Reade PTA and The Abingdon Bridge.
