Police believe missing woman Maria Pereira may have lelft the UK.

Mrs Pereira, 43, rom Nettlebed, has not been seen since a service at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Henley on Sunday, December 3. Officers say she may have travelled back to India, where she is from, or to Bahrain, where she has strong links.

Police spokesman Toby Shergold said detectives were also examining CCTV evidence. He said: "We can't discuss where the footage is from but officers are using it to look for clues."

Acting Det Insp Chris Biddle said: "We are still investigating all possibilities, but we are looking seriously at the prospect Maria may no longer be in the UK.

"There is someone who knows where she is or what has happened to her and we urge them to contact us. Equally if Maria has left of her own accord I beg her to call us and let us know she is okay."
