A 20-YEAR-OLD man has been remanded in custody charged with stabbing a woman on Christmas Eve.
Christopher De Banks, of Celandine Place, in Greater Leys, is accused of stabbing of a 20-year-old woman in the arm in Cuddesdon Way, Blackbird Leys shortly after 11pm on Sunday.
He has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, two counts of carrying an offensive weapon and possession of a Class-C drug.
Police spokesman Toby Shergold said De Banks appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court on Boxing Day and was remanded in custody for a hearing at Oxford Crown Court.
