An accident early on Christmas Day has brought the number of deaths on Oxfordshire's roads this year to 68.
A 19-year-old man was killed after the blue Ford Fiesta he was driving came off the road and crashed into a field off the A4130, near North Moreton, east of Didcot.
His identity has not yet been released.
It is not known what caused the crash, which happened just after 10pm and left a passenger with injuries. Police closed the road until 2.55am to allow crash site investigators to examine the scene.
The teenager's death was the 12th this month, bringing the total number this year to 68 - 28 more than last year and the highest number of deaths on the county's roads in more than 16 years.
