I CANNOT imagine the mental age of many drivers who drive dangerously on our roads could possibly be beyond three years old, due to their absolute lack of acknowledgement of caring for other drivers.
I am sure it is commonly known that three-year-olds just relate to adults about them as things, not people who have feelings and need to be cared for. I have been involved three times in the last two years locally to me near Wootton, Woodstock, in accidents caused by drivers of vehicles larger than mine who seem to hug the whole road, not allowing space for other drivers.
What ‘trip’ are they on?
Such people need to be identified. It is usually the case that you find yourself in an emergency situation where you do not have time to take down their number plates. In one case, there were no number plates. Where are the police? Where is the local department of transport in Oxfordshire preventing accidents which cause such misery and expense?
