Post-mortem investigations on the bodies of two women found in their Littlemore home have so far been inconclusive.
Police discovered the body of a woman in her 50s in the Cowley Road home on November 21 and the body of her mother, who was in her 70s, on Thursday.
The women are believed to be Pauline Jessett and her daughter Caroline.
A post-mortem examination on the mother yesterday did not reveal the cause of death.
Tests on her daughter earlier this week were also inconclusive, police revealed on Friday.
Thames Valley Police yesterday said investigations would continue at the house.
