A man accused of engaging in sexual activity with a boy has pleaded not guilty.
Iztullah Qudrat, 18, of High Cross Way, Headington, appeared yesterday at Oxford Crown Court and denied carrying out the crime in Oxford this year.
Also accused in relation to the same complainant are Ghausel Tarakhail, 19, of Cowley Road, Oxford, who is charged with the same offence but has not entered a plea.
And Ismail Dilsoz, 17, from Headington, is accused of raping the boy and is wanted by police after not attending court.
Police lifted a ban on identifying him after he failed to appear at court.
A trial is due to be held for all three on January 13 next year.
