A recent Oxford University graduate has won one of the UK’s most prestigious art awards dubbed the “baby Turner Prize”.
Jack Stanton, who graduated from Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art, was named as the winner of this year’s New Sensations competition, run by the Saatchi Gallery and Channel 4.
He was shortlisted and then picked as the winner for his audio and video work on stories of adolescence.
Jack worked with Channel 4 to make a short film about his art and saw his work exhibited in London this month as part of Frieze Week.
