BOTH my daughter and I believe traffic planners have to accept the impact on working people when traffic policies cause delays.

On October 16, I set out from King’s End, Bicester, to take my daughter who is a Governor at HMP Bullingdon, to work then to drive myself on to my job in Oxford.

Such was the traffic chaos and subsequent delays experienced around the vicinity of Bicester Village area, we were one hour late reaching HMP Bullingdon, and then I was almost two hours late reaching Oxford.

We both strongly feel that the traffic planners have a lot to answer for.
