Sir - After all these weeks of chaos, we thought that at least we would get an effective system for removing the A40 through traffic from the local traffic. I thought we were going to get a curved flyover (even a bailey bridge could have been put up as quickly).
Instead we get loads more traffic lights which will delay the traffic at times (eg in the middle of the night) when the traffic would flow perfectly well. When will the Oxfordshire County Council learn that traffic lights are truly bad for the environment?
