Sir - Green councillor Deborah Glass Woodin complains about the plastic wrapper containing the city council's magazine (Letters, December 8) and I agree with her. On another note, I've just received a copy of the Oxfordshire Green Party newspaper through my letterbox. According to the small print it is printed on 50 per cent recycled paper, whilst the UK average recycled content for newspapers is 75 per cent, and transported to Oxford from Brighton. Not so green after all.
