A man has pleaded not guilty to hitting a driver over the head with a bike lock.
Luke Wilmshurst, of Banbury Road, Oxford, was charged with actual bodily harm and criminal damage after an incident in Parks Road, Oxford, on June 15 this year.
The 41-year-old is accused of attacking Sapan Ghandi and denied both charges during a hearing yesterday at Oxford Crown Court. His trial is due to start at some point during the two weeks beginning November 25.
