FOUR youths have been arrested on suspicion of car crime in Oxford.
A 17-year-old boy, a 16-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl have been arrested over the theft of a white Rover Metro on Monday. The car was stolen at 12.55pm from Columbine Gardens in Blackbird Leys. The youths have been released on bail.
Another 14-year-old has been arrested in connection with the offence, plus the theft of a Ford Escort stolen from Nightingale Avenue on Sunday.
Det Sgt Nick Garside, from Oxford's car crime team, said: "We are aware of the concerns in the Blackbird Leys area about car crime."
