MORE than 100 postal workers in East Oxford are on strike today.
About 130 members of the Communication Workers Union (CWU) are protesting over the sacking of two colleagues earlier this year.
The union says the dismissals ignore the employee’s dedicated years of service and clean records.
While employment tribunals are ongoing, the CWU is calling for the two postmen to be re-instated in their jobs.
Royal Mail have yet to comment.
