SO in 2015, all plastic bags at supermarkets will have a tax on them – everyone a winner as the 5p will go to charities. So the Government will need to give less to charities.
Constantly reused bags will cause an increase in infections.
More black bags will be sold – their production causing more pollution, giving the greens something more to moan about.
