The trial of five men allegedly caught accepting cables and lead from undercover police officers posing as metal thieves will resume today.
Yesterday a jury member could not attend Oxford Crown Court for the trial, which is expected to last another four weeks, because of illness.
Terence Rogers, 70, of High Street, Drayton St Leonard; Simon Rogers, 42, of Bromsgrove, Faringdon; Martin Pace, 36, of Abbott Road, Didcot; Ian Marshall, 29, of Evenlode Drive, Berinsfield, and Darren Andrews, 34, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, deny attempting to conceal, disguise or convert criminal property.
They were arrested last year after police raided Nuneham Courtenay-based scrap yard TR Rogers & Sons.
