Sir – On a couple of recent visits to Oxford from Kidlington via the bus, I have to express how uncomfortable and body shaking it was.
Nearly the entire journey was horrendous.
How the elderly and people with physical conditions use public transport I do not know.
Lucky for me I have a work parking space to use as I will no longer use buses until the roads are sorted.
