The body of a man was found by a passer-by in a field near the Seacourt Park and Ride in Botley Road, Oxford, this morning.
The discovery of the body was made at about 9.10am and police are treating the death as unexplained.
Detectives and scenes of crime officers are now carrying out a forensic examination at the scene and have sealed off an area of the field.
