OXFORD: A driver doing 41mph in a 20mph zone was reported to the courts yesterday.
The motorist was one of 27 to be stopped by police for speeding in St Giles between 12pm and 2pm.
One driver had their car seized for driving at 32mph without a licence and 21 motorists were fined £100 and given three penalty points for speeding.
Four were given roadside warnings.
