RUDY Aldridge got a warm welcome to his new neighbourhood at a street party on Sunday.
The four-year old-went to the Sunningwell Road street party with friend Mia Selinger, four.
He moved into the road earlier this year with dad David, mum Claire and brother Jonah, two.
On Sunday he won first prize in the bug-themed fancy dress with his home-made caterpillar costume, and joined in the three-legged race with Mia, of Wytham Street. He said: “I was really happy that I won first place for my costume.”
Visitors to the annual party also enjoyed a hog roast, a fire engine visit and other games including an egg and spoon race.
