SOUTH Oxfordshire District Council's award-winning newspaper Outlook is going under public scrutiny.
The council wants to know what people think of the paper, which goes into every home in the district three times a year.
It wants to know whether it should be produced more often and whether the size should be changed.
People will also be asked whether they think it is good value for money as it costs 25p per household to produce.
