BLAZE: The scene of a fire involving 250 tonnes of hay in Forest Hill
FIREFIGHTERS are this morning tackling a huge hay bale fire in a barn.
They were called to Vent Farm at 10.30pm last night in Wheatley Road, Forest Hill, where 250 tonnes of hay was alight.
Crews from Slade, Rewley Road, Thame and a water carrier from Wheatley were sent to the scene.
Firefighters are expected to remain on scene today while the fire is allowed to burn.
