A man who exposed himself to two teenage girls at Port Meadow is being hunted by police.
Two girls aged 15 and 16 were sitting at Port Meadow near the river when they were approached by a man on Sunday, July 7, between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
He told them he was going skinny-dipping, then removed his shorts in front of them and made obscene comments before they left.
He is described as white, aged in his late thirties, about 5ft 7ins, thin with black medium-length wavy hair and a short black beard.
He had black swimming shorts and was carrying white trainers.
He also had a black racing-style bike with curved handle bars.
The police only released details of the incident yesterday. Anyone with information should call 101.
