A LORRY driver has been taken to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital this morning following a crash on the M40.

The two white Mercedes lorries collided on the M40 southbound between junction 11 for Banbury and junction 10 at Ardley at about 8.15am.

One of the drivers was trapped in their lorry.

The crash blocked two lanes and caused traffic queues.

In the traffic there was also a two-car collision at about 9.45am, involving two female drivers.
