A PUBLIC inquiry into plans to build offices and a car park on the site of allotments in Bicester is due to begin today.
The Church of England is appealing against Cherwell District Council's rejection of its plans to develop the site, off Skimmingdish Lane.
Campaigners who were evicted from the site have vowed to fight the plans.
The two-day inquiry was due to start at 10am at the district council's headquarters, Bodicote House, Banbury.
