ARCHIE Taylor-Moore couldn’t decide which to scoff down first, his ice cream or his hog roast.
In the end the eight-year-old ate both at the Osler House Family Fun Day on Sunday.
The day was held to raise funds for the sick and premature babies unit at Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital and took place in Osler Road, Headington.
Hundreds attended the day, including children who had been treated or looked after at the Neonative Intensive Care unit at the hospital.
Archie, right, said: “The food was great, and smack-the-rat was good fun too. It was really good to help out and I learned a lot about sick children.”
His father Luke, of Surrey, said: “My wife is from Oxford and we came up last year to give them some support.
“It is such a worthy cause and we had glorious weather. It was a really brilliant day.”
