A TRAFFIC light at a major intersection in Abingdon Road was flattened by a vehicle in the early hours of the morning.
Oxfordshire County Council said the light, at the junction with Old Abingdon Road, was struck shortly after midnight.
The damage is being assessed and Thames Valley Police has yet to comment.
