A CONVICTED rapist who admitted breaching a restraining order will be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court today.
Paul McLaughlin, formerly of Kynaston Road, Didcot, and now of Clarks Row, Oxford, was made subject to the order on July 2 last year after he admitted causing criminal damage to a house in Ridgeway Road, Didcot.
The 51-year-old was banned from contacting the occupant or visiting the road for 12 months but police spotted him on the doorstep on May 12 this year.
McLaughlin was also found in possession of cannabis, making him in breach of a conditional discharge.
