A 24-year-old man has been arrested following an assault this evening.
Thames Valley Police was called at 5.13pm to the Blackbird Leys area.
The man ran from officers but was caught at 5.43pm after a search by a police helicopter.
He was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm (ABH) following a domestic incident and was tonight being held in custody.
