THERE will be a rush to rent the newly available flat at Oxford Town Hall for what will be one of the most exclusive and desirable addresses in the city.
There is only one downside in that you won’t be hard to find should you miss the odd instalment on Council Tax.
But, on the positive side, we wonder if the heating bills will be rather modest given the regular blast of hot air coming from the neighbouring council chamber.
