A FORMER West Oxfordshire District Council member has died at the age of 81.
John Faulkner, from Stanton Harcourt, served on the district council between 1992 and 2002. He died on June 9.
A memorial service will take place at St Michael’s Church, Stanton Harcourt, on Monday at 1.30pm.
