HOUSING association Cottsway has seen resident satisfaction with overall service increase to 92 per cent.
The figure, from an independent survey of residents carried out in February and March, is a one per cent rise on last year.
Cottsway had its governance and viability ratings downgraded by regulator the Homes and Communities Agency last month after getting into financial trouble.
