A 41-year-old man has been charged with hitting a driver over the head with a bike lock.
Luke Wilmshurst, of Banbury Road, was charged with actual bodily harm and criminal damage after the incident in Parks Road on Saturday. He was released on bail to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 2.
