A TOTAL of 76 drivers were stopped in Oxford for travelling over the 20mph limit, not wearing seatbelts or using mobile phones during a police operation in St Giles yesterday.
All were breathalysed but none failed. Those caught driving over 31mph were given £60 fixed penalties and three points.
