A MOTORCYCLIST has been airlifted to hospital with “major leg injuries” following a collision with a car on the outskirts of Bicester.
The emergency services were called to the B4100 between the A43 and Bicester just after 5pm.
The road is blocked both ways and there are delays in the surrounding area as a result.
The ambulance service confirmed that a 59-year-old man had been flown to the John Radcliffe Hospital.
A spokesman said the driver of the car was not injured.
