I AM writing a book about New Zealanders who flew from Britain in the last year of the war.
I am trying to find family or friends of a man called Williamson Charles John Beeson.
He was the sole survivor of a Lancaster, shot down over Stuttgart on July, 29, 1944. The pilot was New Zealander George Joblin. Beeson was born in Buckinghamshire in 1911 and died in Oxfordshire in 1996.
