IT HAS been a massive success in Witney.
And now free parking, or at least two hours of it, is coming to Bicester.
It seems hard to imagine how Cherwell District Council’s own car parks will survive as pay and displays for much longer. Let’s hope Bicester is in for the same economic boom as its sister town in West Oxfordshire with free parking for all.
