WANTAGE: A 107-year-old man – believed to be one of the oldest people in the country – died on Sunday.
Horace Preedy, of Garston Lane, Wantage, moved to the town in 1982 to be with his daughter Brenda Owens, who ran the Ardington Pottery with her husband Les. A full story will appear in tomorrow’s edition.
