Demonstrators called on Oxford City Council to bring in a new rule to help people hit by “bedroom tax” reforms.
Organiser Dom Francis said it should follow Leeds City Council lead and reclassify more than 800 “spare rooms” as “non-specific rooms” to avoid the housing benefit reductions.
