EVERYONE was against the Castle Mill development at Port Meadow, which ruins the views.

All residents and businesses were against the building of student flats on St Clement’s car park, which means the loss of a valuable public facility.

Nobody wanted Temple Cowley Pools demolished and a new swimming pool built at Blackbird Leys, another big loss for residents. Finally, 8,000 people signed a petition against the unfair rent increases for businesses at the Covered Market, whose individual character is being threatened.

Who is at the bottom of all these unfair decisions? Oxford City Council, whose greed outweighs the wishes of Oxford city residents – shame on you.
