OXFORD: Oxford University has dashed Boris Johnson’s call to name a college in honour of Margaret Thatcher.
The Mayor of London asked the Global Universities Summit in London yesterday: “Why not have a college in honour of their greatest post-war benefactress?”
University spokesman Clare Woodcock said: “There are no current plans to establish any new colleges.”
